Our council is hosting a Basketball Free Throw Challenge on Sunday 18-Feb beginning at 2p in the North Catholic High School gym (1617 Route 228 Cranberry Twp, PA 16066). The event is open to all boys and girls in our community, ages 9 to 14. This is a fun time for all!

Coats for Kids
Faith-in-Action: Community
Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe https://www.voicebutlercounty.org)
Our Council delivered 96 new coats to VOICe as part of the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids program. Amy at VOICe shared that the victims they assist often only have the clothes on their backs when seeking safe shelter. A picture of the VOICe thank you note is attached.
Faith-in-Action: Life
Promise of Life Network (https://www.promiseoflifenetwork.org) is committed to building a community where life is cherished from conception to natural death. Our Council participated in the 2023 banquet - a major fundraiser for this Pro-Life agency. We are proud to support pro-life initiatives though our ASAP (Aid and Support After Pregnancy) faith in action program.
Essay Contest Holy Sepulcher School Winners Announced. Pictures have been added to the Gallery.
We donated to Saint Mark the Evangelist Human Life and Dignity ministry (https://saintmark.org/human-life-and-dignity) to help fund the bus for participants to join the PA March for Life held on 16-Oct-2023 at the capitol in Harrisburg.

Ushers
Brothers, Thank you to those who have already volunteered to serve as an Usher at one or more of the 20 Masses for the coming weekend to celebrate the 4th Sunday of Advent, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. As you can see in the attached schedule, we have several Masses that need additional volunteers. There will be many more people attending Mass, so a full compliment of ushers is very important to welcome and provide assistance for our parishioners and guests. Additionally, the ushers secure the collection basket donations. Please contact me or Deacon Ralph (rbachner@saintmark.org) if you are available serve our Parish in this ministry Sunday and/or Monday.
